What is your return shipping policy?
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made in a sturdy box or padded envelope. Returns after 15 days are at the sole discretion of Blues Boutique and may be subject to restocking fees of 25% or more. Habitual and excessive returns may void the 15-day money-back guarantee and be subject to a re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility.

What is silver jewelry?
Silver jewelry comes in many styles, varieties, finishes, with or without gemstones or with or without specialized designations such as enamel or pave styling. All members belonging to the family of silver jewelry have a common basis found in the precious metal known as sterling silver. Currently we only ship to the United States (including APO/FPO)and Canada through priority mail services. In the future we may expand our shipping to include other countries. If you are shipping to APO or FPO please email us for assistance.
